All UK purchases will be sent by 1st class post and any overseas purchases will be sent by 1st class airmail.

Returns & Replacements
Customers have a cooling-off period of seven working days in which to request a refund if you change your mind, starting from when the goods are received. Please contact by email. A refund will be issued within 30 days. This is in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000.
All items thoroughly checked to ensure they are perfect before being sent out. If your item is faulty please contact us as soon as possible. Items must be returned within 14 days of contacting us. A refund will be issued within 30 days.

If you have joined our mailing list, the email address you provide will not be passed on to any other companies and will only be used for the purpose stated, that is, infrequent emails about new products, news etc. You can easily opt out by unsubscribing at any time.
All transactions with seventyseventyone design are via Paypal or Google Checkout. By using Paypal and Google Checkout we have no access to any of your bank or credit card details. Only your name, delivery address and the email you provided during checkout are passed on.
